Editions printed on demand

Digital print-making lets an artist publish a limited edition without paying for the whole run at once. We print each copy as it is needed. Your file is stored, so it can be resized and printed again at any time, and there are no set-up costs.

Reproducing an original

We work from original artworks, existing prints, digital camera files, film negatives and slides. Our scanners capture fine gradations of tone and colour in the original. See drum scanning. Damaged or faded originals can be retouched before printing.

Papers and canvas

• Fine art paper and Japanese art paper
• Photographic papers in matt, semi-gloss and gloss
• Water-resistant, fast-dry matt, fast-dry gloss and coated cotton canvas

Pigment inks give a wide colour range and need no lamination.

Stretching and framing

Canvas prints can be stretched onto wooden frames and our framing department can finish the piece ready to hang. See canvas prints.
